Ceaser Emanuel will not be returning on "Black Ink Crew New York" after next season.

The following day, the spokesperson from VH1 informed the TMZ it was the reality TV star and tattoo artist was dismissed from the show due to the video of him using dogs to abuse them was posted on the internet.

"We took the decision to end our the ties with Ceaser Emanuel of Black Ink Crew New York," the spokesperson said.

Sources have told the TMZ that the production for the 10th season has been kept open for the show to handle the situation on air. Reports indicate that producers were disgusted by the video.

The footage, that came out on Wednesday, and was filmed from a surveillance camera in the outside the building, appears to show Emanuel assaulting and scolding dogs.

Emanuel was a guest in the show, which is a follow-up of the operation at one of his stores, Black Ink Tattoo in Harlem from the moment it was opened in 2013.
